Reports to: Rentals SUPERVISOR (Jeff Judd)


Primary Objectives: To assist in coordinating all rentals aspects within the Rossignol Experience Center on a daily basis, this includes but is not limited to: organizing staff to maximize efficiency in serving the customers on both floors of the Experience Center.



  1. Supervise approximately 60 staff, full and part time, for the Mount Washington Rossignol Experience Center.
  2. Adjust schedules to meet anticipated daily business volumes and targeted labor costs, in conjunction with the rentals supervisor. This will be your primary responsibility in the absence of the supervisor.
  3. See that staff is kept busy during slow times of the day and breaks have been assigned based on business volumes
  4. Authorizing payroll through ADP
  5. Certify that all accident investigations are completed according to the Huber training manual specifications
  6. Assist in coordinating service schedule for all rental equipment.
  7. Assist in coordinating any warranty concerns and their expeditious resolution
  8. Organize and coordinate pre-season and in-season ski binding inspections
  9. Ensure inventory is organized and assist in conducting annual inventories.
  10. Assist in maintaining lockers and training of staff to deal with locker issues
  11. Training of staff to ensure they understand all rentals programs in both the adult and children’s area, as well as all relevant information for the mountain and Rossignol Experience Center.
  12. Liaise with other Snow School Supervisors for customer service issues etc
  13. Confirm all Rentals areas are clean and ready to serve our customers by 8:20am daily.
  14. Make certain the staff are giving the best guest experience at all times
  15. To make sure cleanliness is a top priority at all times throughout the day
  16. Complete any other duties as assigned



The Assistant Supervisor is expected to adhere to the policies of the Rossignol Experience Center and Mount Washington Alpine Resort. As such in the absence of the supervisor you are required to manage employees and complete all daily tasks. You are expected to conduct yourself in a professional manner and keep the companies best interests in mind.



Previous supervisory experience would be an asset.
