At our Rossignol Experience Centre, we are proud to provide everything needed for a fun day on the
slopes: skis and snowboards, boots, poles, outerwear, plus safety accessories like helmets, wrist guards
and goggles. As the Assistant Supervisor, you will demonstrate your professionalism by guiding a team
of technicians to outfit our guests and provide them with memorable mountain experiences.
This role is generally full-time when the snow flies. In the summer, for the right candidate who knows a
thing or two about bikes, this role could transition to a similar position in our bike shop.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Strong guest service skills
  • Approachable, dependable, and responsible team player
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems, alpine equipment maintenance and previous ski industry experience will be an asset.


As Assistant Supervisor, you will supervise daily operation of the Rossignol Experience Centre.

Duties include:

  • Train and supervise staff; monitor staff performance and ensure productivity; assist in maintaining day use lockers
  • Create and adjust team schedules to meet anticipated daily business volumes and targeted labour costs
  • Validate and approve staff timecards daily
  • Coordinate repair and maintenance of all rental equipment
  • Maintain inventory and flag items to restock
  • Maintain accurate rental logs
  • Ensure inventory is organized and assist in conducting daily, monthly and annual inventories
  • Ensure that all rental forms are completed accurately
  • Organize and coordinate pre-season and in-season ski binding inspections
  • Organize and coordinate all accident investigations
  • Assist in coordinating any warranty concerns and their expeditious resolution
  • Liaise with Snow School and sales staff for guest service
  • Ensure shop is always clean, organized, and equipment stored properly
  • Ensure all team members provide superior guest service
  • Ensure team follows all resort policies and procedures
  • Complete any other duties, and assist other departments as assigned.
