JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process sale transactions via cash, credit and debit; balance floats, and complete cash close-out procedures.
  • Be knowledgeable about our offerings, procedures, promotions and products
  • Answering internal questions from our staff on use of our products, following our procedures, and use of our software
  • Maintain sales records and files as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one (1) year in customer service is ideal
  • Experience handling cash transactions via cash, credit and debit
  • Previous cash room experience would be welcome
  • Exposure to, and familiarity with Siriusware would be preferred
  • Enthusiasm, energetic, and hard-working
