Reports To: Tube Operations Supervisor 

First Year Operator: $13.85/hr


Tube Park Operators are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Tube Park. The operators work as a team to ensure our guests are safe and happy while having funThere are various jobs to be done during the day from loading and unloading guests on the conveyor lift, checking tickets, sending guests down the Tubing lanes and helping them exit the lanes safely at the bottomAs a Tube Park Operator, you will play a key role in providing a positive experience for guests of all ages and abilities. A passion for working outdoors and a love of the alpine experience is a must. This position is well suited for those who may not have a lot of snowboard or ski experience and are looking to get into the ski industry.

It is important to know that most of a Tube Operator's time is spent working in all weather conditions from snow, sun, and rainto extreme cold and wind. This position will also require you to be on your feet for the majority of your scheduled shift. Please be aware that Tube Park Operators work with and around straw because we use it to help slow guests.

  • Must be able to maintain a calm and friendly manner during our busy periods and professionalism during the quieter periods of operation. 

  • Previous customer service experience is not required but is an asset.

  • Enjoy working with the public of all age groups.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Must work well in a team environment and be a team player.

  • Be available to work major holidays including but not limited to: Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Years Day and Spring Break.

  • Must be able to stay and work for the full winter season (Early December-Mid April).



  • Maintain a high level of customer service while assisting guests in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner.

  • Help with set up and tear down of the Tube Park e.g. maze gates, crash pads, snow removal, rolling up fences and straw.

  • Safely operate the Tube Park and its conveyor lift.

  • Safely send guests down the Tubing lanes.

  • Maintain a safe run out (the stopping area at the end of the lanes).

  • Validate all guest’s tickets and check for misuse.

  • Maintain the load and unload ramps of the conveyor liftto ensure the guest's safety.

  • Be punctual, arrive at work alert, fit and ready to work.

  • Maintain a respectable level of personal appearance and care for your issued uniform.

  • Perform additional tasks to as directed.

  • Keep a positive upbeat attitude while at work. If you’re having fun they will be having fun.



Due to the operational hours of the tube park we ask you to sign a variance that allows you to work up to 10 hours at a regular rate of pay while giving you the benefit of 3 days off while still working full time hours! Please note due to the nature of the tube park we cannot always guarantee 10 hour shifts.
