REPORTS TO: Sales Supervisor / Internal  Sales Manager

LOCATION: Alpine Rossignol Experience Centre (REC), Bradley Building


First Year Sales: $13.85

You will be interacting with guests face-to-face, via email and by phone.


Essential Characteristics you will have:




A fast learner

An excellent communicator



Computer literate


Well organized




Keep up-to-date on products and lesson availability to sell and promote/up-sell appropriately to guests

Operate assigned POS system (Siriusware) to sell lift tickets, Snow School lessons and equipment rentals

Dispense tickets/vouchers and issue or attach accordingly

Perform daily cash-out procedures ensuring accuracy at all times

Maintain a good general knowledge of the resort (i.e. Tube Park, lifts, restaurants, Nordic area, etc.)

Provide guests with resort information

Ensure the safety and security of the Rossignol Experience Centre by adhering to set safety rules and regulations

Liaise with managers and Snow School supervisors to ensure smooth operations

Any other tasks as required



Adhere to the policies and procedures of Mount Washington Alpine Resort

Schedule flexibility a definite asset

Must be able to sit and stand for the duration of a shift

This position potentially requires grasping, typing, writing, standing, sitting, repetitive motions, lifting, listening as well as hearing ability, and visual acuity.
