JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced administrator to manage our resort wide software application, Siriusware.  Experience with Siriusware is not required, what is most important is that you have proven organizational skills, experience working with software applications in a business environment and strong organizational skills combined with an aptitude toward IT.  On the job training will be provided specific to the application as well as support provided by the software vendor.

Duties:

  • Support and troubleshoot issues with both software and hardware
  • Conduct application specific training across the resort
  • Develop and maintain both user and technical documentation
  • Identify and assist in the development of reports
  • Assist all staff with general I.T. support requests

 Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and negotiations skills
  • Professional attitude and work habits
  • Ability and willingness to interface with technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levels
  • Self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
