JOB DESCRIPTION
SEASON PASS CASHIER
Job Title: Season Pass Cashier
Reports To: Season Pass Supervisor and Leadhand
Liaises with: Bradley Center, Lift Operations and Nordic
Job Status: Seasonal full time
Purpose of Position:
- To assist Season Pass Supervisor and Leadhand in carrying out the functions necessary to ensure guests are sold passes and receive them in a timely manner, as well as maintaining data bases.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To operate an assigned P.O.S. location in a friendly, informative and timely manner
- To make changes and take payments from guests on a daily basis
- To organize preset information and complete data entry
- To make calls and emailing guests to accurately get information regarding passes
- To perform other related duties as required
- To issue complimentary tickets as required
- To be responsible for own voids and checking of reports
- Taking payment from guests
Skills Required:
- Computer skills including POS, Excel, Word
- Should be quick to learn and willing to take initiative
- Excellent phone manners
- Guest Services
- Cash experience
- Logical and creative thinking
