JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose of Position:
- To clearly communicate information and take bookings for our phone and email customers in a timely and accurate manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls to Mount Washington
- Resort information for all areas
- One stop reservations for all products & services including lessons, accommodations, rentals.
- Reply to email in a timely manner
- Process payments accurately and end of day balancing

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent verbal, written and phone skills
- Sales oriented personality
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Polite and articulate telephone manner
- Good time management skills
- Motivated, outgoing, strong initiative, self starter
- Knowledge of the ski industry and previous reservation experience an asset
- Able to work weekends & holidays
